By using the services of Privategene (hereinafter: "the Agency"), located at de Vriesstraat 6-3, you agree to these terms of use. The Agency provides courses and advice in the field of estate planning, asset protection, and asset audit for family businesses.
The Agency provides educational materials and general guidelines. The content of the courses is based on current laws and regulations but does not constitute tailored legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for applying the provided information to your specific situation.
All course materials, documents, and content on this website are the property of the Agency and are protected by copyright. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or commercially use these materials without prior written consent.
The Agency is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the courses or the website, unless there is intent or gross negligence. Total liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
Course payments must be made before the start. Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the start date, after which an administrative fee of € 50 will be charged. No refund is possible for cancellations within 14 days of the start.
The Agency reserves the right to change these terms. Changes take effect after publication on this page. Upon termination of the agreement, the provisions regarding intellectual property and liability remain in force.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where the Agency is established.
